RB Farquhar Manufacturing has appointed its first European director in Polish-born Robert Kowalski, who has been recruited to the new position of operations director to oversee the running of the company’s existing bathroom pod assembly plant

Robert previously worked for AMBRA, a leading wine company in Central and Eastern Europe, latterly as production director in the Czech Republic.
A graduate in Environmental Health Studies at the AgriculturalAcademy at Lublin, Robert also studied as a postgraduate student at the University of Central Lancashire, in Preston, UK, and at the Warsaw School of Economics.
He speaks Polish, Czech, German and English and is an experienced computer programmer.
“I’m looking forward to working with Robert to enhance the productivity of our bathroom pod assembly plant in Chomutov,” said Patrick McDonald, managing director of RB Farquhar Manufacturing. “He brings with him valuable operational management experience from other industries, and I’m sure will give us fresh perspectives on bathroom pod assembly techniques.”
