All plumbing, electrical and ventilation services within the pod are completed in the factory, and are routed to a termination board on an exterior pod wall for quick and easy hook-up on site.
All pipework is pressure-tested in the factory, to 6 bar for 30 minutes on the supply pipework (roughly three times average mains pressure), and to 6 millibar for 15 minutes for drainage and waste pipework. For purposes of comparison, an average car tyre is inflated to about 2.21 bar.
