The Paradise Street Development Area (PDSA) has been described as “the most exciting regeneration development currently taking place in the country”. It is a massive regeneration project covering 42 acres in the heart of Liverpool due for completion in 2008, when the city will become the European Capital of Culture.
RB Farquhar is an approved prefabricated bathroom pod supplier to main contractor Laing O’Rourke. For this contract, floored pods were designed and manufactured for installation in an in-situ concrete building frame with a floating floor.
The 500+ pods will be fast-tracked in RB Farquhar’s prefabricated bathroom assembly plant in the Czech Republic, and feature Hans Grohe brassware and Ideal Standard sanitaryware.
