This project is RB Farquhar’s first Park Inn contract for Rezidor, following two Radisson SAS hotel developments for the group in Cardiff and Bristol during 2007 and early 2008.
The contract was awarded in 2007 following a factory visit to RB Farquhar’s bathroom pod assembly plant in Chomutov, the Czech Republic, by the Rezidor Group design team.
The pods for the Manchester Park Inn are installed into a Bell and Webster precast concrete building structure, and comprise a mix of shower-rooms and bathrooms with over-bath showers.
