This project is part of the UK government's "Keys to the Capital" initiative, and covered the construction of keyworker accommodation units one mile from St George's Hospital in Tooting.
The building construction was steel frame, with the RB Farquhar prefabricated shower pods integrated within the design of the project.
The RB Farquhar design team had to work closely with the architects to ensure the pods met fire rating requirements and were accommodated within the depth of the floating floor.
The pods were craned directly into position by the manufacturer of the steel-framed building.
