On its journey up the assembly line, each individual pod is continuously inspected at every stage of construction by RB Farquhar's independent factory supervisors, who have the authority to pull any pod off the lines if any deficiencies in workmanship are identified.
Each finished pod is signed-off with a comprehensive four-page certification of inspection document. Since 1992, all design and manufacture operations for RB Farquhar prefabricated bathroom pods have been fully accredited to BS EN ISO 9001.
Finally, each approved pod is given a thorough clean to remove plaster dust, grout traces and any other construction waste.
Now only a practised eye could differentiate between a factory-fabricated pod and a traditionally-fitted bathroom (although one clue may lie in the visibly superior finish of the former).
